  The process
This service is now over 20 years old which means; as a customer of Freecomm you will receive a telecommunications service that is seamless. The process of c hanging over to Freecomm is made easy. We simply re-route your calls to through CPS or your telephone system to one of the global networks that we have thoroughly vetted through CPI (comparable performance Indicator) which is a quarterly report offered from Ofcom. Freecomm place an order with BT and their engineers reprogram at your local exchange. This service is available free of charge and only available to customers with a BT landline.
The whole process of switching from you current call provider to Freecomm takes a maximum of 10 days. It is all done remotely and is quick, efficient and most of all pain free.

  What is CPS
CPS (Carrier pre selection) is an indirect voice service and allows you to use an alternative Telecommunication provider other than BT to carry your calls without the need to dial a prefix, install any special equipment or programme your telephone system.
With agreements with a range of tier one UK/Global carriers, Freecomm can offer CPS as one method of routing your calls to benefit from the lowest rates available in the market for your phone calls. Customers can subscribe to one or more CPS operators and can even choose the type of calls they wish to be carried due to quality or price.

Some calls may slip back to BT such as operator calls if the line is not transferred to Freecomm. Some Select Services are not compatible with CPS.

  What is A Hosted IP Call?
Freecomm IP Calls are dedicated to route traditional voice minuted calls over the internet. Customer's sites are connected to the Freecomm Hosted network, using a dedicated QoS(Quality of Service)-enabled broadband service and normal BT connectivity for termination, Replacing traditional ISDN and Analogue line connectivity solutions with IP connectivity, this different method of routing a call achieves massive savings on your day to day calls and free call in between your offices or home workers.

By using the Hosted IP Minutes service, customers can keep their Telephone system that they have already, but give it the ability to route calls over the Broadband instead of traditional telephone lines.
Implementing a solution of this type gives customers the benefits of IP telephony whilst also reducing all call costs and line rentals for their businesses.
